NEVADA CORP.

I would like to register my Florida business in Nevada for tax reasons. How does one do it? On the form it asks for a mailing address in Nevada. Without going to a lawyer online who will set everything up for you, is there a cost effective way?

Thank you for your help.

You may want to do one of the online lawyers, as a post office box will be transparently obvious. Also with a c-corp you will need to have a location there. Its cheaper to get an online lawyer than rent or buy an office. The whole package was 2 grand for me online, you can get it cheaper if you shop around though. I have seen it in the Tampa Tribune for less than a grand.
