Need Some Help To Get Started

Is bird dogging the best way to get started in real estate? Can anyone give me some tips on getting started. I have read a few books and the company I work for specializes in rehabbing apartment complexes that our investors purchase and eventually sell within 3-5 years and I see the great potential that real estate has to offer.

    birddog and learn how to find deals and how to deal with investors, after you gain some experience, find a good deal and complete it yourself
