I am in the middle of two project properties right now and came across two more I couldn't pass by. one prop. has $60k worth of equity with $6-8K of rehab needed and the other has $35k of equity and needs $2-3k of rehab needed. I don't think I will have time to do all of these my self so I am looking for an investor that would want to buy one or both of them from me at whosale and do the rehab and flip them theirself. anyone interested is looking at about $30-35k profit for one and $20-25K profit for the other. I am also looking for private investors interested in fronting money for properties with a 10-12% return on their investment. Sound like something you or anyone you know would be interested in?
