Need Ideas
I have a house which I bought on a foreclosure and rehabbed and have had it up for sale for at least 8 months now. The market is certainly a buyers market, but I am offering rent to own or land contract and can't seem to get anyone to bite. It's a nicer home in a nicer area and maybe a little pricey, but I can't believe I can't find someone to bite. I am selling by owner, re agents since I can't afford the huge commissions.
I understand your wanting to save money on commission, but after 8 months you may need to list the property.
How much was the 8 months of mortgage payments? How much advertising did you do? Does no bites mean no calls or people have called, heard your price, and not bit?
