Need Help
I am a new investor in the chicagoland area and I am having a difficult time locating a good hard money lender. If anyone have any suggestions or recommendations PLEASE let me know. I have already lost three GREAT deals.

Have you considered "assigning" or "partnering" on your great deals? Just a suggestion. After all, it's better than losing the deal if it's a good one. Good Luck.

Have you tried looking in the lenders section of this website? You might have some luck there.
You know I never thought about assigning the deals. Thanks for the advise
