Need Help With This One PLEASE!
I am kinda new at this. have done 1 deal and now I have another one that I am not sure how to go about it the best way. Here is the deal:
4/3 on 8 acres, Balloon Paymet coming due real soon for 120,000, has Apprasial from about 18 months ago for 175,000. he wants to know what I can do for him. Comps should be around 180,000 -200,000. The property is in Ga. Whats the best way to handle this deal if any one has any imput it will be greatly apperiacted. Thanks :-?

How about asking him what he would like you to do for him. If handled properly, this should reveal the real situation, his motivation to sell, provide you with info that will help you negotiate, and bring you closer to the closing table. Good Luck.
