Need Help With My First Flip
I am scheduled to close on new construction house in a couple of months. I believe I can get about $30K more now than what I will pay at closing. I'd like to start advertising the property to find a buyer. Also, I'd like to offer a cash incentive to realtors for bringing me a buyer. Do I run any risk doing any of the above? Any advice on finding a buyer?
