What are some good things to put on a business card to attract sellers and buyers? Also how do I build a good buyers list? I want to have a good list so that it will make selling a property a lot easier. :-D

Your business card is important to project the image you want your buyers and sellers to have of you and your capabilities. Mine may not be the best out there but I did put some thought and cost into it to make it what I wanted.
First, my card is double sided. The front has a nice house with some backround on it. It has my name and "real estate investments" below the name, the adress, cell number, and fax number. At the top, on each side of the home, it has "Any Home", "Any Size", "Any Condition", and "Any Situation".
The back side has:
I Buy Homes
*Cash Paid
*Quick Close
*AnyWhere
Ask About:
*Lease to own opportunities
*No Banks, no qualifying
*No Credit/Bad Credit OK
Then has my email address. Hope this helps.
