Could someone please tell me what type of Document I need to use to look for Notice of Forclosures?
I went to my county site, I put in Judgements all I am getting so far is bad credit judgement.
Here in Texas the notices of default are not recorded but are placed on the walls of the courthouse and advertised in a newspaper. If it is a home equity loan the case needs to go to court first before the foreclosure may occur.

Check out Notice of Defaults or Notice of Trustee's sale
Here in Washington we use Notice of Trustee's Sale. I ran a quick search for a county up here for last week and I pulled up over 100 records.
Also look for Lis Pendens.
