Need A Sample Biz Plan
Hello all...I am newbie so sorry if this is in the wrong forum!
I need to get my hands on a template or sample biz plan that I can use for a speculative development deal (basically need to attract investors - buy the lot, build the house, sell the sucker). Investors will supply portion of down payment and secure financing.
Does anybody have one I can use as a template? Willing to purchase if it is the right one!
