Need A Bird-dog In Saint Louis, MO?
I am fresh to the real estate investing biz and really trying to get everything off the ground, well the basics anyway. I am a member of Stealth, but have yet to attend my first meeting. Was wondering if it is a huge demand for Missouri and if so are there any willing real estate investors to mentor me? I particularly interested in rehabbing and foreclosure, but would like to be exposed to as many techniques as possible. Please HELP.
