FIND ANOTHER AGENT! There are plenty of good honest agents out there who actually care for the welfare of their clients. Obviously all she wants is her commission. My agent would never let me do anything to disadvantage me, she even saved me $$ when it easily could have made her more money but she looked out for MY interest and I in turn make sure I do my business with her.
You need to find an agent that is not greedy. My 2 cents
