Mentor
I am looking for a mentor in the Eastern Pennsylvania area. I want to buy houses at a discount. Either sell to an investor or have rehabbed and sell. I will pay for time(split commision, etc.). I just need someone to help me get started or even possibly partner with. Thank you.
