Making Offers On Duplexes/Triplexes
I live about an hour south of Tampa in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. I am looking into getting started in buying rental properties. Unfortunately, I am being scared away by the asking prices on these units. I wanted to know how many offers investors make before getting one accepted (one where the property cash flows after calculating in all costs). Thanks for the advice.
