Lot For Sale Question
While traveling out of state this weekend, I found a lot in a subdivision I am very interested in purchasing. 2 things: The Sellers have a stipulation you must begin construction on a house within 6 months, and I am wondering how much of the land cost I could finance. I will not be in a position to start building for 2-3 years. Any ideas?
