can anyone direct to where i can find a generic form letter to send to out of town homeowners? there is a prop in my area that is vacant and it has some liens on it, but the owners are out of state and their phone contact is disconnected...

    i was thinking along those lines...

    have you tried this before?

    i was just curiously thinking about how straight to the point i want to be... if this is sufficient, i will give it a shot
