Thats true, I admit $100 is a small amount compared to the typical rate. However I am also looking for a less then average results. I just need the name and address. If you live in the area, then a simple drive can make you a $100.
At $500 were you required to contact and collect information from the seller? I am not asking that much, just an address at least.

This is your neighbor, Jacksonville & I'm new to this forum. Your offer isn't great but it sounds like a good way for someone to start out.....
If you expect your birddogs to find motivated sellers their gonna have to advertise or drive around. That costs money. So your $25 hr is a stretch.
Just remember you get what you pay for.
You pay $100 your birdogs aren't probably gonna find you too many homes. THey aren't gonna want to invest time and money into finding motivated sellers. It's not like they grow on trees.
IMO, $500 should be the minimum as it seems to be what most birddogs start at.
You wanted honest feedback. I am not trying to be mean, but you need to be fair to people bringing you deals.

$100 does seem on the stingy side even for a frugal person like myself. Remember...if you pay peanuts you get monkeys. Show a little love to the birddogs that feed you.
