Looking For A Little Help With Buyers List
I am entering the birddog side of real estae and need a couple of investors in the minnesota area. Does anybody know what type of contracts that should be signed if you secure the property and want to go 70/30 or soemthing like that? Also how do you build that buyers list? Am I missing something?
