Look For?
I am seeing alot of properties in my area that are listed by realtors. I do not know if they were forclosures or actually someone wanting to sell them. They are listed pretty cheap for this area. I am wondering if investors would be interested in that type of thing. I have tried asking indiviual investors on here but know one responds to my pm's.
Does anyone know this answer?
if the numbers work out then any invoestr would be interested supposing that his mind supports higher function thinking
