Let Me Try Again

I was accused of "bird dogging in a earlier post so let me try again. My question was is Birddogging similar to or the same as brokering and how would a person make money from providing leads of distressed or abandoned properties?

    1. No. Brokering is normally an activity that requires a license.

    2. Birddogging is more less the activities related to flushing out possible deals. You would normally stop your involvement prior to the stage where terms and conditions are agreed with the seller.

If you want to provide leads thing of providing lists where you have some some homework to identify the owner, the history of the property that is relevant now, and any other details related to the title, etc. You are effectively selling a list or maybe a warn lead if you have made contact.

JL sells a e-book on bring a birddog and offers an example contract that birddogs should use with their investors.
