Lenders
My goal is to purchase fixer upper single-family homes, rehab the properties and then resell to a retail buyer.
I'm working on my first deal now. I want to target first time homebuyers and I know that many lenders require seasoning. I'm trying to compile a list of lenders that I can refer my borrowers to. Can anyone recommend any lenders that do not have the seasoning requirement?
