Lender Package?
I was speaking with a possible lender today. He aske d me what kind of "package" I had put together. Luckily he didnt wait for me to answer(because I had no clue what he was speaking of) and then told me to email it to him for review. I have a property now that will hopefully close in the next 30 days. I need to know what a "Loan Package" is fast.
