Least Options And Contract For Deeds

Are lease options and contracts for deeds viable options for acquiring non-owner occupied multiple unit investment properties?

Thanks,

Sure, they can be great, as long as you have a seller who appreciates how the power of these methods could benefit them long term. Not everyone does, or is willing to wait for their cash. REI writers Conti and Finkel, among others, have some great ideas about how to present such deals to sellers. Hint: never start by just asking, "So, would you sell on a CD or Lease Option?" There are much better ways to broach the subject.
