Leads
I am a new REI and I am trying to find properties. I have been looking in the paper and calling them but with no luck. I also get a NOD list from somone and I have sent them letters and called the ones that have phone #'s. So I was hoping you all could help me and give me some different ideas on how to find houses. I live in the Silicon Vally (northern Cali) and the real estate market is booming. Thank in advance.
I actually know of one in Livermore that is coming up soon, needs some work though.
