Just Submit Bids
how many times have you submitted a bid? not a bid for the asking price but a bid that works for you...expecting a no. keep looking, running numbers, and subitting a bids. you'll get a yes eventually. i used to stand on the sidelines looking for a way into game. i watched two properties get a way from me cause the numbers weren't working based on the asking or FMV. later, i found out what they sold for and i almost fell over. with one, the asking was $160k needing some work and the seller sold it for $80! why didn't i offer something ridiculous like that. the guy put $75k in, and sold it for $230k. it happened again in that same window! moral of the story...you don't know unless you ask!
