Just Starting
I have compiled a listing of properties that I am interested in looking at for the purpose of purchasing and renting. In the next week I plan on meeting with some property managers to take me to see the properties. Can anyone give me any good tips for things I need to know before meeting with the PMs.
Also, any tips on purchasing foreclosures would be a great help.
