Judgement In One County, Live In Another, Invest In Another ???

Ok, I am trying to get some understanding on how judgements work. My home city is made up of two counties. I have a 2K judgement from an individual in one of the counties, but I live in the other. The courthouse for the county I live in is in a totally different city about 10 miles away. My targeted investment area is about 65 miles away in two different cities and counties.

My question is this, since I don't reside in the county where the judgement is, how will this judgment affect the title of any purchases I make in my target markets?

Dont put the property in your name. Take them under an LLC or Land Trust...but not in your name.
