Jeffrey Ringold- Can Anyone Vouch For His System?

I'm a newbie with some money to invest, up to $75,000. I'm a real estate appraiser doing some research into forclosures and other investment oppurtunities using some of the resources I employ here at the office, e.g., mls, comp database, map software, etc. I just recently joined this incredible website and am looking for research material. Jeffrey Ringold's ad for his system appeared and I would like feedback from any of his customers. I would also appreciate any recommendations regarding appropriate reading material for beginners like myself. Thanks all! :-)
