Is This Possible?
Hi all,
I have agreed to buy a property at somewhat of a discount. My Purchase and Sales agreement is for 60 days. Instead of buying it I want to find another buyer and assign it to them.
Question: Can I list this with a Realtor before I actually own it? All I have is the P&S agreement.
