Investment Condo
I will like to buy a 2bdr/2bath condo in Piscataway,NJ. I want a quick resale for a profit. The builder is asking 250 000. I gave 1000 deposit for a week,after ,they want a 5% down, non refundable,subject to attorney review. The contract is not assignable. I have to close first and then sell. Closing is projected to the end of 2004. It is worth it?
