Investing In AZ
First time investor question-In a 4unit in Mesa, AZ, income of 2400 asking price is 250K , with 1 vacancy completely remodeled-is this a good buy? I checked Phoenix area, multi units are relatively lower between 200-225 on four units, where is the right place to invest in AZ--anybody know? My agent was telling me to go to Mesa or Tempe, the appreciation is higher than Phoenix, anybody know??? Thx
