Insurance And Taxes?
Hi all I was just wondering in a Contract for Deed purchase, what should I do about getting the tax bills and Insurance changed to my name address? Is this possible before I take deed or do I use a loan servicing Company? Also What sort of Closing costs is there? Recording fees only? Title search? Many thanks all! Happy investing :-D
