In One Word-----HELP!
My name is BJ Carson. I am 18years old. I have a little less than $500 to my name. My parents are declaring bankruptcy on tuesday. My moms car died and she is using mine.
As you can see, finances are beyond tight. I want to help. I had some people tell me real estate bird dogging is a great way to start because I gain experience and I dont use my own money. Thats great because I have none.
But what do I do?
I looked on google and all I found were get rich quick schemes and idiots selling me more stuipd stuff.
Is this stuff legite? And if so, where do I go to learn it? I do alot better with hands on stuff then books, so if anyone has anything. It would REALLY REALLY help.

you want real advice? go driving and look for ugly - run down houses (or call for sale by owner ads in the paper) knock on there door offer them a price for it (reasonably low) have them sign a contract at that price. then start calling all the "we buy houses" signs and ads in your area and tell them what you got but raise the price by 2-10k depending on your market.
this definetly isnt a get rich quick business its alot of work so dont believe the hype. i suggest u get a job, save all your money and do this in your spare time/weekends to see if u like it. knowledge is the key to any business and if you dont educate yourself by reading books and taking courses then your going to learn from hard-knocks. good luck.
