    do you know the format?

I had to use a tape conversion company as the county was using IBM mainframe formatted tapes.

hey guys...i figured it out with the help of a fellow member here. it ended up being "tilde delimited" so i was able to import the info into microsoft access access and use querys to narrow down the search. took a little while to figure out but things came together.

now i just have to figure out how to export specific columns in a records and do a mail merge to make the mailings a little easier.

I would also like information on this group. I am currently in a very general course. The one where they want to get you to sign up for many others... I am very intereted in real estate investing, but before I make any decisions I want as much information I can get my hands on.

    Thank you, in advance.

Find an investor friendly title company in your area. The hardest part will be to make sure you find a buyer that has a lender that can handle non-seasoned financing.

    RE: Question # 1:
Yes...... You can pull out the $50k from your primary residence then rent it out. Just make sure you change your insurance policy to Non-Owner Occupied prior to renting it out in case it burns down while the tennant lives in it.
I can arrange the Cash-Out......... Contact me.
