I saw a website in a county in Florida where they find foreclosures and make a book and sell it.
I know there are other services throughout the country.
I think this is a great idea. I am researching already...why not publish my results...
Marketing though...any ideas on newer investors how one would market to them?

Unless I'm misunderstanding you, the problem in publishing a book containing the actual properties is that the information would become obsolete as the properties sold. However, if your book identified the various sources of the information, that would be a different matter altogether.
It would be a list of the lis pendens and foreclosure list put out by the county as well as the tax deeds for sale on the list. it would be a weekly publication put out every Friday either mailed via usps or emailed in a adobe file.
