I Need Help With This Deal
i put a number of offers in on this house and i got the price down to 190k.....this is today friday... we accepted there counter at 190k.... well the mortage guy tells me i will need 7k in closing cost... I had org told the mortage guy i would be paying 195... So on monday we will meet with the seller and ask them to pay closing and raise the price to 195k.... (max loan avail)
Now where do i find the other 2k... i was hoping to ask the seller for it... any ideas...
