I am an experienced investor in Milwaukee with family roots in Phoenix, I was thinking of making some investments in residential property in Fountain Hills but I know little of the area, what tenants are like, what rental demand is like, What rents are in this area, is there a better area, I see lots of foreclosures in Phoenix in general, whats the lowdown?
