I Need Advice On How To Best Handle This Deal
I have a motivated seller who is currently in chapter 13. Her pay off is 121k and her asking price is 132k. The property currently needs about 10k of repairs. The appraisal value is at 170k. How do I approach the buyer since she is currently in chapter 13? She is looking for the additional 11k to relocate out of state.
