I Need A System For Finding Bird Dogs...I Need Help..
I need to find bird-dogs in my area. The problem is I need a system for finding bird-dogs, motivating bird-dogs, and educating bird-dogs about the type of properties I am looking for and the information needed to evaluate a particular property and lastly how to find "motivated" sellers. Is there anyone that has experience in finding and educating bird-dogs?

I started off as a bird-dog! The way I found my investor-I posted an an in Craigslist!!! Post free classifieds in your area....You will be surprised of the results!

Also if your an investor than make sure that when someone contacts you with a deal to do you tell them what you are looking for. If you do that they will A. Not waste your time with bad deals B. Bring you more deals that are to your liking and C. You taking the time to tell them once what you are interested in will be both more profitable and less time consuming for both of you.
What about running an ad in your local paper in the jobs classified section? Craigslist in the "real estate" section is a good idea. I have seen a lot of bird dog posts there. Posting in real estate message boards should also be effective.
