I Need A Non-circumvent Agreement Quick

localinvestor profile photo

I have about 3 really really good deals that i need to jump on top of quick because they are basically guaranteeing a really good pay day for me, but before i can link up my contacts i need a non-circumvent agreement. I haven't had any time to go to the library so i've been searching for one on the net and so far i haven't had any luck. Any suggestions for me???

    localinvestor,

just put them under contract, they can circumvent you when you are in contract. You could later re-assign your contract.

If you are not sure how to put the deal under contract, or what terms to offer, but have an investor lined up, bring one deal to him and ask how you would go about protecting your interests.

Talk in generalities first, and if you feel comfortable, get more specific. They may even have a NCND agreement available for use, but I would have it reviewed individually by your attorney.

If it is such a good payday, pay a bit of money to protect it.
