I Need A Mortgage Form

Greetings,

I am investing on a property where I would be holding a mortgage. Does anyone have a link to where I can get a good mortgage form?

What kind of form? I recommend that you hire a good attorney to make sure that all is button up...

If not, most local office supply stores carry generic contracts.

I still feel that the best friend you can ever have in business is a sharp attorney. Must be my Italian background

    Hey Joe,

Try http://www.legalwiz.com as I think they might have some forms. Also, as was previously suggested, office supply stores typically carry these as well. You might even consider talking to your mortgage broker if you have a good relationship with him/her, or your realtor.

You can go to any store, but most of them are selling single forms. I use a book that is called 301Legal Forms & Agreements. I has all the forms I ever needed and many I never used yet.
