I have a buyer who wants to buy a home, but does not qualify for traditional loan, how do i go about using my credit to purchase her home for her and make a profit from this and have her refinance it out of my name in 1 to 2 years??please advise.

You might buy the house and then lease option it to her. Read much more on the subject first though.
Also and/or instead of have her look at credit repair books from the local library

Keep in mind that she still may not qualify in two years. You need to have a contingency plan. I like the idea of a lease option where the property is in your name until she can qualify and exercise her option.
