I Am A Foreigner
Hello guys, I am an international student from Czech Republic currently studying at college. I am 19 years old. I already took couple seminars, even a field trip, read lots of books and I am a member of RE club in my area. Guys I am 19 years old, is this a good age to start? Is it legal? It's kind of late to ask, cause I sent my first postcards today, but still....
And do you do wholesale on all properties, or just abandonded properties? Which one is better? Thank you very much for all your answers...

The first thing you should do is delete one of your posts as they are identical.
Then look through previous posts for answers on how to get started on wholesaling.
I am not sure how you are going to get by the fact that you are not a citizen when purchasing a house. You should probably stict to wholesaling until you get your green card.
