How Would You Spend 25k?
I have been investing in real estate for about 6mo. so I I am pretty new. I have a basic marketing plan in place and am making a lot of contacts. I currently have one rental property and have completed one rehab. I currently have 25K set aside for my next move in this business. What do you guys feel that move should be?

Thanks for the reply. I am getting ready to step up my marketing. I am leaning towards another rehab and flip property to generate some quick profit to feed my marketing.
