How To Find Investors, And Training
Hello all.
I am beginning my career in REI as a Bird Dog. Where do I go to find investors to market my services to? ( i am joining some REI clubs in my area this week!)
Also, Where do I go to get training or information on Bird-dogging?

and look at john locke

Find a local REI club and just start talking to members... You will find the active investors pretty quickly there - get out and find good deals and make your fellow investors rich... Learn by doing and then you will start to make your own money in REI...

I just read John Locke's Bird Dogging book. It is very useful. I d love to connect with you about next step/s. (I ve connected wth a few investors, sent out some bird-dog contracts, and found one or two properties.)
