How To Find Buyers?
I am looking at properties to buy and hold and am trying to buy one every 6 months. I have two homes and a water front lot so far also working a deal on 10 acres right now. My problem is I find way more good deals than I could ever buy myself. I have told some of my soldiers about them and gotten them into a home instead of renting. However no money is made that way. How do I find interested invetors who can pay me a fee and I will assign them. [ Edited by quickspic on Date 07/06/2004 ]
My first suggestion would be to join a real estate investor’s association or club in your area! There are a lot of investors and you could have your pick from who to do business with.
