How To Approach Potential Credit Or Cash Partners

mrlee profile photo

I am looking for some input on how to approach credit / cash partners needed for deals. If anyone has found a good way; running ads, face to face appeals, etc. please share. I don't want to offend anyone or come across as a possible scam.

    Dear Mr. Lee,

I think the best way is just to meet with the investor and examine what it is that he is looking for. If it is excessive, thank him and inform the investor that you cannot work on his terms. Then suggest a relationship which will leave you some part of any future profit. Once that part of the negotiations are out of the way. You should expose a transactiion you have on line and ready to go.

If necessary you might like to formalize it in a letter agreement. So nice some time in the future when things move sideways, to examine the document and bring things back to assemblance of order.

I have always worked best face to face. Although I must admit I have retreated rather quickly when faced with a request to work for nothing but the pure pleasure of the transaction. Yes, Mr Lee there are some investors out there that are so inclined.

    Thoughtfully Lucius

You are asking me to cross the line and place an advertisement in the forum which is not allowed, I will PM you though since you are interested.
