How Much $ For Assignment Fee?
I have my first "flip" deal under contract, and want to assign the contract to another investor. I have NO idea how to do this, other than using the assignment form addendum. First - how much do I charge for this? ARV is 50K, contract price is 5K, repairs approx 10K. I am assigning to another investor. Do I have to do a double closing or can I just accept the assignment fee and have the other investor "take over" the contract and move forward? What does the other investor expect from me in terms of the closing, etc....?
