How Do You Interview An Accountant?
I've just recieved notification that my first contract on a rehab investment property was accepted. Very excited and scared at the same time. Now my question is when it comes to taxes what kind of questions do you ask an accountant when interviewing them? I don't want some scam artist trying to defraud the government but I want someone who knows the real estate market and can get me every deduction the government allows. I also need advice on setting up LLC or partnership or S corp...? 
I would get recomendations from other investors in your area.
