i have liquidable cash and very good steady income on top of that.
How do i get started on real state investing?
I live in Sacramento, Ca.
Im a partner with a lic. Architect & Lic. general contractor. Also have stucco crew, framing.... etc....

I really want to get into real estate investing, what should I do, or start for that matter?
Hello Nice to meet you. If you want to start in REI you will want to start reading some books and courses. I reccomend Carleton sheets first if you do not know alot about buying real estate, but if own some and just want to excel I would highly recommend John lockes Subject to course. It sounds like you have what it takes to become a rehabber also since you have experience with building. There is alot of way you could go with REI you just hsve to pick which way and go! Good luck!!
